01What is the business of the company AIOROS?
AIOROS is a Physical AI company delivering solutions to sales managers, operation managers and company owners. The AIOROS AI solutions analyze data from videos and sensors in real time. The data is analyzed with AI models on local edge devices.
02Does AIOROS extract data from the customer to the cloud or external devices?
AIOROS does not extract data from any customer, unless they ask us for technical support. AIOROS AI models operate on local edge devices. AIOROS does not work with the cloud.
The AI solutions of AIOROS are air-gapped, secured and confidential for the customer.
03What is an AI Employee?
An AI Employee is an AI model implemented on an edge device such as the Nvidia boards, performing tasks in collaboration with the human managers of a store or industry. Learn more about AI Employees.
04Why are they called Nodes?
Nodes are AI Employees and the edge devices associated with them. Currently, AIOROS has 3 nodes: Alpha, Beta and Gamma.
They are connected to the customer cameras, sensors or servers to analyze the customer data. In a large business, a customer could have multiple Nodes, each of them connected to a group of cameras or sensors. For example, the Alpha Node, intended for fashion stores, is connected to a group of up to 6 cameras. A large store with 12 cameras could have 2 AIOROS Alpha Nodes.
05On which hardware platforms do the AI Employees run?
The AI Employees currently run on NVIDIA Jetson boards, processing data locally on the Edge.
06Which business verticals does AIOROS target?
The business verticals of AIOROS are the retail sector, mainly fashion stores, with the Alpha Nodes, and the food & cold chain logistics industry with the Beta and Gamma Nodes.
07How much do the AI Employees cost?
AIOROS offers a 2-month free period where the AI Employee will be delivered pre-trained and then re-trained in the company of the customer. After that, if the customer wants to continue having the AI Employee, there will be an annual subscription fee + hardware costs.

08Are AI Employees available in my country?
AI Employees are available globally; however, we currently focus on the US, EU and some LATAM markets.
09How long does it take to deliver and install the Nodes?
The installation in general takes 1-2 days and can be done remotely in some cases. The delivery could take more time due to the international transport times of the devices. For the Alpha and Gamma Nodes, the delivery of the devices and the installation could take approximately 2 weeks depending on where you are in the world (mostly US, EU or LATAM). For the Beta Nodes, the delivery and installation could take between 4-6 weeks due to the delivery of other electronic devices.
10Could I collaborate with the development of the models?
Yes, you could collaborate with AIOROS in technical or commercial projects around the world. In the technical part, we are interested in increasing our AI Model portfolio. In the commercial part, we are interested in having sales reps for fashion stores and for the food and cold chain logistics industry. If this is the case, please write an email to [email protected].
