AIOROS Alpha turns the security cameras you already have into an AI Employee that works alongside your salespeople and store managers. It analyzes customer behavior, highlights your high-value products and alerts you to theft risk — with the video processed by AI models on local Edge AI devices.
What the Alpha AI Employee does in your store
The Alpha Node is built for clothing, footwear, handbag, cosmetics and jewelry stores, as well as supermarkets. Its role is consumer behavior and security: it watches the same footage your cameras already record and turns it into three kinds of output for the people who run the store.
Alerts
Notifies the sales manager or store owner when a customer may need help to purchase a high-value product, or when a theft risk is detected, at the moment it happens.
Predictions
Which high-value products should be promoted and stocked in greater quantities, based on how customers interact with them.
Reports
On your high-value product displays and their placement within the store, so merchandising decisions rest on observed behavior.
How it works
Your cameras
The store's existing security cameras keep recording as usual. One Alpha Node connects to a group of up to 6 cameras; a large store with 12 cameras would use 2 Nodes.
Your server or cloud
Footage stays in your own local server or your own cloud. The Alpha Node connects there and runs inference when an event occurs.
Edge AI on NVIDIA Jetson
The pre-trained models (AlphaFashionStore and AlphaSuperMarket) run on an NVIDIA Jetson board and are retrained monthly with the help of AIOROS engineers.
Every client gets a web dashboard, accessible with their user account, showing both the raw camera analysis and the inferences delivered by the AI Employee.

Private by design: why Edge AI matters in retail
Store video is sensitive. With Alpha, the footage is analyzed by AI models running on a local Edge AI device and stays in your infrastructure. AIOROS does not extract customer data unless you ask for technical support.
Local processing also means alerts do not depend on uploading hours of video to a third-party cloud, and the system keeps working with the bandwidth you already have.

Pricing, trial and delivery
The AI Employee is delivered pre-trained and then retrained in your store during a free trial period. After that, the service continues with electronic equipment at an affordable price plus an annual subscription that covers technical support and the monthly retraining, for a renewable one-year collaboration.
Delivery and installation of Alpha Nodes take approximately 2 weeks depending on your location (mostly the US, the EU and Latin America); installation itself usually takes 1–2 days and can sometimes be done remotely. See the FAQ for details.
