Predictive maintenance AI for cold storage, food and infrastructure
AIOROS Beta is an AI Employee for predictive maintenance. It works alongside operations and logistics managers, maintenance engineers and other professionals in the food, logistics, infrastructure and agricultural sectors, anticipating failures before they stop your operation.
Business example: cold storage warehouses
In a refrigerated warehouse, a failed compressor or a door left open can spoil inventory in hours. The Beta AI Employee watches the data from your sensors around the clock and turns it into actions for the team in charge.
Alerts
Notifies managers of refrigeration failures, open doors and other potential issues.
Predictions
Forecasts spoilage or temperature spikes in specific areas of the warehouse.
Reports
Guidance on defrosting schedules, when to turn compressors on or off based on electricity costs, and a temperature map of the warehouse.
How it works
Your sensors
Beta Nodes connect to the sensors you already have in your facility.
Beta Nodes
A set of up to five electronic devices collects the data.
Your cloud or server
Data is sent to your own cloud or local server, not to AIOROS.
AI Employee
Anomaly detection and prediction models analyze the data and are retrained with AIOROS engineers.
The pre-trained models in this line (BetaColdChainLogistics1 and BetaColdChainLogistics2) run on NVIDIA Jetson Edge AI boards. A web dashboard, accessible with your user account, shows both the raw data and the AI Employee's analysis for monitoring and decision-making.
Applications by sector
Food industry & cold chain
Refrigerated warehouses and cold chain logistics, where temperature control protects inventory.
Infrastructure
Monitoring of equipment and facilities to anticipate mechanical or electrical anomalies.
Agriculture
Sensor-based monitoring for agricultural operations that depend on reliable equipment.
Expected results
Figures published by AIOROS in the Beta product flyer. Actual results depend on each facility, its sensors and its energy costs.
Pricing, trial and delivery
Beta follows the AIOROS model: a free trial period with a pre-trained AI Employee, then electronic equipment at an affordable price plus an annual subscription covering technical support and monthly retraining, for a renewable one-year collaboration.
Because it includes additional electronic devices, delivery and installation of Beta Nodes can take between 4 and 6 weeks. Read more in the FAQ.
